Shipping policy

For international shipping, shipping costs will be calculated at check out.  We are not able to ship worldwide at this time, we hope to do so in the near future. Currently, we are able to ship to United States including Hawaii and Alaska, Japan and Canada.

Island Digital Imagers is not responsible for custom duties or taxes.  

Delivery Times


Most of our products are made to order.  Our print providers have a high volume of orders during the holidays and manufacturing delays are to be expected (in addition to shipping delays).  We highly recommend ordering by November 17th to ensure holiday delivery. 

Shipping times may vary due to the various shipping providers. Multiple product orders may arrive in separate packages as we work with several manufacturing partners. 

Due to worldwide shipping delays, please expect delivery time of up to 1-3 weeks for most items.  A few of our items are shipped from overseas and may take longer (it is stated in the item description). 

As of July 2023, USPS has discontinued first class mail and has replaced service with Ground Advantage.  We have noticed delays to our Oahu customers due to this, despite their assurance that there would be no disruptions.  Orders are being delivered, it is just taking longer than usual to Hawaii (10-15 business days).  

We always provide tracking so that you may keep tabs on your order.  If you did not receive a shipment confirmation within 5-7 business days, please check your junk mail, then contact us.

Delivery Time does NOT include time of manufacturing or processing (typically 2-7 business days due to the care and customization of each product). 


Typical expected DELIVERY times: 

Continental USA- 2-5 business days 

Puerto Rico and Hawaii- 7-21 business days

Rest of World- 3-10 business days

Lost or Missing Packages

Island Digital Imagers do not have control over shipment of packages. We will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.  Please keep documentation and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for any damaged or lost items.  


Returns or Refunds

Due to the care and customization of each product, ALL sales are FINAL.
