Due to the care and customization of each product, all sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.  If you receive a *DEFECTIVE item, please contact us at support@islanddigitalimagers.com within 14 days of receipt. You will need to provide documentation of the defect(s) via photograph(s) with a written description. 

*Note, this does not include damaged items in transit (damaged items must be claimed with the shipping provider).
